Q: Does Bid Wicket cost anything to list an auction?
A: Yes. Each auction costs 0.05 cents to list (the insertion fee.) Certain items have this fee reduced to 0.01 cents.
Here is a description of auction fields:
Auction Time - How long before the auction expires.
Item Title - The name of the auction.
Item Notation - Two lines of text that appear below the auctions name.
Keywords - Keywords related to the auction for when the user searches.
Description - A description of the item.
Price Starting - The starting price the auction is set for.
Price Reserve - The when the auction goes above this value it becomes binding for both the buyer and the seller. When an auction is under the reserve the buyer may release the auction any time before it closes. For the convince of buyers and sellers this value is made public to interested buyers.
Price Buyout - The price at which the auction immediately ends and the item is awarded to the buyer.
Price Minimum - The minimum the seller will accept for this auction. When an auction ends and the bid is under the reserve, but over the Minimum the seller accepts the buyers offer. When the value is under the minimum the seller rejects the buyers offer. The seller may modify this value as the auction runs.
Shipping Value - This value is used in the shipping calculations during checkout.
