PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of placing the order.  Standard Ground Shipping and higher are shipped within 24 hours.  Orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday.  Overnight orders placed prior to 10 AM CST will ship out the same day.  Please note that overnight orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday (the next business day).


RETURNS

We will take returns within 7 days receipt of product on any shipment that is not up to condition standards, has errors or wrong items. Refused or Undeliverable Packages will incur a 15% restocking fee.
