Q: Who all is White Lion Games ?
A: our contact page will contain this information very soon! We were strictly wholesale to the most popular card stores all over the world for a very very long time, during that time we gained a large card supply and decided to sell directly to the public, enjoy!

Q: How do you guys GRADE Cards ?
A: We have a slightly different method of grading although still most situations you would be happier than expected say on Very Fine or Good cards than you might think, but here is the general info:

Near Mint: Slight surface wear is visible upon close inspection. There may be slight fraying on some corners. A minor printing blemish is acceptable. Most of the original gloss is retained. Centering is good. (Taken from PSA Directly) Most of our cards will fall in this category when listed as Near Mint, keep in mind the older the card the more gradual the curve is, when talking about a 10+ year old card Near Mint is more in line with age. None of these cards will be Signed or Altered by an artist, creased, cut or generally damaged in any major way.
Very Fine: Very minor rounding of corners is becoming evident. Surface wear or printing defects are more visible. There may be minor chipping on edges. Loss of original gloss will be more apparent. Focus of picture may be slightly out-of-register. Several light scratches may be visible upon close inspection, but do not detract from the appeal of the card. (Taken from PSA Directly) When listed this way some of our cards will fall in this category, especially nice hard to get cards that people have played with; ex: Polluted Delta. We will often purchase these cards knowing they are not exactly perfect and would make good usually very nice playable cards for all but the most discerning collector. Some of these cards WILL be Signed and some times modified, we will never sell a card signed by anyone other than the artist themselves, as well for modifications. If you buy a Very Fine card from us you will likely be very happy with the condition, but if you do NOT want the possibility of a signed card stick to Near Mint. If you contact us directly you may ask if X number of cards you want to buy that are listed as Very Fine are signed and we will do our best to accommodate you (whether you want or do not want signed).
Good: Corners will show extreme wear, possibly affecting framing of picture. Surface of card will show advanced stages of wear, including scuffing, scratching, pitting, chipping and staining. Borders may have become brown and dirty. (Taken from PSA Directly) Very few of these cards will exist for us, but in rare occasions we will offer up Good cards especially if they are highly sought after, these cards will likely be at a HUGE discount, allowing you to get a copy of the card on the cheap. Our motto for these cards is "It goes in a sleeve and still can get played."

Q: What if I have questions about my order ?
A: If you want to contact us about your order do so before 3PM Central time occurs again in relation to your order, we will do everything we can to add/subtract or help you with your order.

Q: Why do you not ship outside of the US and Canada right now ?
A: We are placing procedures to ship all over the world and will take some time, when we are available to ship outside the US and Canada you will see information on the front page of the site!

Q: What are my Payment options with you guys ?
A: We accept: Paypal, Credit Card, Money Order/Cashiers Check or Magic Cards, if you are local to Dallas/Ft. Worth we will meet you with your order and accept cash as well.

Q: If I select Money Order/Cashiers Check where do I mail it ?
A: Please use some method of delivery confirmation as we obviously cannot be responsible for the post office services.

Q: Are you guys buying cards ?
A: We are always paying cash for cards, if you have a list send it in to: customers@whiteliongames.com, if you have a collection you want to send in contact us directly and we will pay to ship the collection to us, count/sort and price it then get back to you about payment. Our buy-lists are not up as of yet but we buy all cards!!!!!!!!

Q: Is there anything I can do for help White Lion Games, you guys have helped me out a bunch of times and I want to help ?
A: Sure, you can give us your repeat business AND most importantly you can tell us what we do good and when we mess up let us know also by contacting us directly and telling us what we can improve. :)

Q: Can I buy something from you and have it shipped to some place that is not where my credit card bill goes ?
A: No, unfortunately according to Paypal and our Merchant agreements, we cannot nor will we ship any item to any place other than your Confirmed/Verified address, this is not our policy but theirs.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF BUSINESS:

We reserve the right to buy or sell items at prices that make sense to us, if there is a price error in our selling to you or buying from you we will contact you and offer you one of two solutions: A. Refund in full and cancellation of your order, or B. A possible discount or alternate solution ( we will always attempt to make our customers happy in every case ) In any case we will always provide the reason or type of error that occurred. From time to time we may email you our specials or provide information about our current events, by completing purchases you agree to receive these emails, if you do not want to receive emails when you do get an email simply unsubscribe from them then.
