Alpha Beta Unlimited Games is the worst type of online vendor. They try to get the better of you on every purchase and overcharge their inventory. I bought cards from them, but ABU Games refused to honor the sale. Around September 4th the company refunded me my money and said the cards I bought, 20 Angelic Chorus cards from the Urza's Saga set, were mispriced and here's a total refund on your whole order. The card in question they had a 100 of in stock and were selling it for $.25 each. I went back to their site less than 24 hours after the refund and the same card was now $7.75 and there were only now 25 in stock. No one bought 75 Angelic Chorus's from them at $7.75 in less than 24 hours. There should be a hundred there but there were not. It looks like they honored some sales but not others. I feel ABUGames should honor my legitimate purchase, own up to an error on their end and send me my order.
But they didn't. They can negate every order that doesn't give them the one up on customers.
ABUGames Responds:
We had accidently crossed our price and inventory amount for Angelic Page(an inexpensive common) and Angelic Chorus(a valuable rare). We would always honor a small pricing error on an order for someone getting cards for a deck, but when someone is obviously trying to take advantage of a major pricing error we must cancel the order. Sorry for the confusion. |

I have ordered old cards, part were wrong other were missing and the good one some where absolutly not mint as mentioned...this is very bad. On the other hand they responded to me very fastly, they reimbursed me the missing cards and the shipping cost. In addition they send me the missing cards (apart for some that they don't have...). this time the cards were ABSOLUTLY mint. On the overral I'm finally happy as I didn't mentionned that some cards were not in good state we can say that they made the maximum to repair their fault. But I'm not sure that I will buy again old edition from them....

The product is fine. I am TOTALLY UNHAPPY with the delivery time. I was told two to five days for delivery, and the shipment wasn't received until eight days later. I expressly had the shipment shipped to my office to avoid a late delivery, but the vendor specified home delivery; since there is NO home delivery on Mondays, the shipment was inadvertently delayed.

We are sorry the package did not reach you in the time expected, unfortunately packages sent from Boise Idaho to New York takes the maximum delivery time for fed-ex ground. As with almost every order we receive yours was sent out within one business day. Fed-ex ground (home or business) does not count the weekend as days in there estimate of days for delivery(see our policy page that states that ground is 2-5 business days), but it still did take 6 days which is one day more than it should have. We were unaware that fed-ex home does not deliver on Mondays to businesses. We assumed that yours was a home address as no business name was included in your address or in a comment. Had we known yours was a business address we would not have sent your order as a home delivery. If we do not choose the "home" option when filling out the fed-ex ground form and the address is a residential address we are charged an additional fee from fed-ex. We hope that this will not be your final order with us. In the future please be sure to include your business name either with your address or include a comment about this and we will be sure to ship your order not as a home delivery. Thanks.

I was a little worries about buying form someone who is not a star vendor and could not see other people coments but i was very happy you are very competive in every aspect except packaging (but card condition is not a consurn of mine really pure player not collector cards where in good condition thou)
