Yugiohetc.com ships all over the world.  However, to prevent fraud, we often need FAXED confirmation of credit card and signature.  You will be notified within 3 days of order placed of any security delays.  Depending on where you are located, shipping can take several weeks to arrive.Shipping charges vary greatly and these are simple APPROXIMATIONS.
